We ship with trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
Canvas Art
- Free Shipping for All Canvas Art Orders Within the USA and Canada.
- International Shipping: $49.99 USD (6–12 business days).
Apparel
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $80 USD in the USA and $100 CAD in Canada.
- International Shipping: $19.99 USD (6–12 business days).
Taxes & Import Fees
- Canada: Sales tax is applied based on your province. No import fees apply.
- United States: No sales tax or import fees apply.
Production Lead Time
- Stretched & Framed Canvases: 6 business days, excluding delivery time.
- Apparel: 4–5 business days, excluding delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page by entering your order number and email, or simply the tracking number.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@canvapolis.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will have entered production.
Gift Cards
If you purchase a Canvapolis gift card, it will be delivered to your email within 24 hours, along with simple instructions for redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost, please contact us at support@canvapolis.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If your package arrives damaged or defective, we’ll refund or replace it at no cost. Please email us at support@canvapolis.com within 30 days of delivery.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
