We take pride in the quality of every Canvapolis product and do our best to inspect each canvas and apparel item before it ships. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet expectations, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions to ensure your order is exactly as expected upon arrival. If you encounter any issues, notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery. After this period, we assume your order is complete and in satisfactory condition.
Returns & Conditions
- Damaged or defective items: We will refund or replace at no additional cost. Photo proof of damage is required.
- If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original labels and packaging. If these conditions aren’t met, we may not be able to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How To Initiate A Return
Please visit our Make A Return page to request a return authorization. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
