We are committed to ensuring that every Canvapolis product exceeds your expectations. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you wish to return it for any reason, please follow the steps below. For full details, visit our Returns page.

Eligibility for Return

  •  Items must be in original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and labels intact, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  •  Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. For damaged or defective products, please contact us promptly at support@canvapolis.com so we can assist you with the process.

Request a Return

Contact our customer care team at support@canvapolis.com with your order details. We will guide you through the return authorization process. Be sure to include:

  •  Order Number
  •  Full Name (used during purchase)
  •  Email Address (associated with the order)
  •  Reason for the Return (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, damaged or defective product)
  •  Photo Proofs of Damage (if the item is damaged or defective)
  •  Preferred Resolution (Refund or Exchange)

Prepare Your Return

Carefully place the canvas or apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring any included labels are intact, and include a sticky note or paper with your order number and email, or simply print your order receipt and place it inside.

Ship Your Return

Please use a local shipping provider of your choice and ensure you use a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
